1983年本科毕业于北京师范大学生物系，1986年在北京大学生物系获硕士学位🍫。1986-2006年在北京大学任教，期间先后赴澳大利亚国立大学(1997,1-1998,1)🧔🏻♂️、英国伦敦大学杏鑫(2001,11-2002,4)和剑桥大学(2003,8-2004,8)进修或从事合作研究，2007年调入杏鑫平台。现任杏鑫教授👩🏻🦽👧🏻，博士生导师。主要从事植物系统发育和进化研究🧂，曾主持或参与国家重点研发计划、“973”计划🦖🧑⚕️、“863”计划、基金委重大研究计划🧔🏽♂️、基金委面上项目的研究工作；担任教育部大学生物学课程教学指导委员会副主任🛼♎️、国家重点研发计划项目首席科学家🏄🏼、New Phytologist杂志Advisor👱🏼♀️。
